We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders totaling $99 CAD or more (before tax). This discount is automatically applied at checkout when your cart reaches the threshold.

Note: Free shipping applies to Standard Ground service only. Expedited or Rush shipping options will still incur a fee.

  • Direct-to-Door: To keep our prices low and production moving fast, we operate as a shipping-only model. We do not offer local warehouse pickups at this time.

Important Shipping Rules

    No P.O. Boxes: Our couriers require a physical street address. We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
  • Tracking Numbers: You will receive an automated email with your tracking number the moment your shipping label is created.
  • Address Accuracy: Please double-check your address. RegularPrint is not responsible for extra fees incurred due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

Delivery Terms & Liability

In accordance with our Terms of Service:

No Guaranteed Deadlines: While we hit our estimates 99% of the time, we are not liable for losses caused by carrier delays, weather, or mechanical failures.
Risk of Loss: Once the package is scanned by the courier at our Brampton facility, the risk of loss or damage passes to the Customer.
Reporting Damage: If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the contents and contact info@regularprint.com within 48 hours of delivery.
